Known as the mayor of one the smallest towns in Illinois (Panola), Roger’s love for the small towns that he serves is evidenced in everything he does. Growing up in Henry, Illinois, Roger has always enjoyed the many amenities that rural communities provide, and his 10 plus years as Advanced Planning Director for Calvert Funeral Homes has allowed him to cultivate the many relationships that he has built in them. Pursuing and completing tasks and projects is just one of Roger’s many interests, and he will attest that there is always more to be done. Roger and his wife Marie love to travel, and are the proud parents of two sons.

Marilyn grew up in Minonk, Illinois and has never strayed far from her childhood home. Married to Tom Heidenreich, the Fieldcrest School Transportation Director, Marilyn has two children, Tom has three children, and together they have nineteen grandchildren. Aside from watching her grandchildren, which consumes most of her free time, Marilyn enjoys reading, fishing, and traveling. Since 2012, Marilyn has represented Calvert Funeral Homes as an Advanced Planning Director, and according to Marilyn, her community ties make her “responsible to do the very best job she can for the people that she knows and for the ones that she is about to meet.” Marilyn treasures the opportunity to make a difference in others lives by helping them with difficult decisions that could otherwise be put off, and as Marilyn attests, “Helping them make decisions today will help their family tomorrow.”
