Obituary for Harold Herbert Krug

Harold Herbert Krug, 83, of El Paso, passed away Sunday September 1, 2019, 11:22 pm at Heritage Health, El Paso.
Visitation will be Friday September 6, 2019, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Calvert-Johnson & Froelich Memorial Home, El Paso. Funeral services will be Saturday 10:00 am at Trinity Lutheran Church, El Paso, with an hour prior visitation at the church. Pastor Jonathan Boehne, will officiate. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, El Paso. Memorials may be made to the church.
Harold was born April 23, 1936 in Rural El Paso, IL to Clarence and Lydia (Folkerts) Krug. He married Bonnie Finck on June 22, 1957 in El Paso, IL. She survives.
Also surviving are his children, Rodney D. Krug, and Teresa L. (John David) Delaney, both of El Paso, and one sister, Dorothy (Ronald) Folkerts, of Washington, four grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. His parents and one brother, Melvin, preceded him in death.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, El Paso and had served as an elder and trustee. Harold had farmer most of his life in the El Paso area.
Harold and Bonnie loved to ride his motorcycle; taking many trips, including seeing 48 states. He also loved golf cart rides.
