Survivors include his wife, Maxine Schwartz, Wapella, IL; daughter, Lisa Jo (fiance, Josh Benson) Phillips, Clinton, IL; 2 grandchildren: Madison Slaughter, Wapella, IL; and Hunter Eads, Clinton, IL; sister, Joanne Cruise, Clinton, IL; brother, Curtis Schwartz, Clinton, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, and 1 sister. Orvil retired from R. R. Donnelley, formerly Wallace Computer Services, Clinton, IL.
