Survivors include her husband: Arthur Rousseau, Clinton, IL; children: Geri Rousseau, Clinton, IL, Michael (Teri) Rousseau, Clinton, IL and Jonni (Michael Goad) Rousseau, Flower Mound, TX; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 son: Arthur Rousseau, 3 brothers and 1 sister. Toni had retired as a call center manager in Bloomington, IL for GTE - Verizon. She loved to read and listen to music.
