Dick was born January 28, 1942 in Clinton, IL the son of Clarence R. "Budge" and Minnie (Hott) Webb, Sr. He married Judy D. Scott January 1, 1964 in Clinton, IL. Survivors include his wife: Judy D. Webb, Clinton, IL; son: Scott (Christy) Webb, Lane, IL; 5 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter and his dog: Copper. Clarence was preceded in death by his parents and 1 sister: Sandra Ellen Webb. Dick worked at Revere Copper & Brass Inc. for 35 years. He enjoyed riding his Honda Goldwing Motorcycle.
