Cynthia L. Jacobs, 62, of Normal, passed away at 1:55 pm Saturday January 12, 2019 at her residence. A private family graveside service will be on Friday January 18, 2019 at East Lawn Memorial Gardens, Bloomington. Calvert & Metzler Memorial Home, Bloomington is in charge of arrangements. Cynthia was born October 14, 1956 in Bloomington, Illinois, the daughter of Ralph & Mildred L. (Rutledge) Jacobs, Jr. She is survived by two brothers; Jeffory W. (Mary) Jacobs, Edward (Chris) Jacobs, One sister; Jeanette Jacobs.
