David Jerome Mattern Obituary (1943

HENRY- David Jerome Mattern, 76, of Henry, passed away at 11:33 AM on Wednesday May 22, 2019 at St. Joseph Nursing Home in Lacon. Cremation has been accorded and a memorial mass will be held at 1 PM on Tuesday May 28, 2019 at St. Joseph Nursing Home in Lacon with Fr. John Bosco Mujuni officiating. A luncheon will be held at 2 PM at the Lacon Community Center. David was born in Spring Valley on February 20, 1943, a son to Paul and Hazel K (Barensiefen) Mattern. Surviving are his daughter, Christina Britton, Lacon; son, Frank Mattern, Henry; brother, Ronald Mattern, LaFork, CO; and his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and his nieces and nephews; all who loved him dearly.
