Dean L. Paternoga Obituary (1961 - 2018)

Dean L. Paternoga, 57, of El Paso, IL passed away at 1:15 p.m. Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at his home. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Calvert-Johnson & Froelich Memorial Home, El Paso with Pastor Jonathan Boehne officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, El Paso. Visitation will be 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the memorial home. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. Dean was born July 11, 1961 in Bloomington, IL the son of Jerry and Clara Finck Paternoga. Surviving is his daughter Autumn (Zachery Deininger) Paternoga of Washington, IL; his mother Clara Paternoga of El Paso; one brother Mark (Carol) Paternoga of El Paso; one nephew Nick Paternoga and one niece Allie Paternoga; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father Jerry. Dean was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, El Paso. He worked as a grounds keeper and bus driver for the El Paso-Gridley Community Unit School District #11 for over 25 years.
