Graveside services will be 10 AM Saturday, September 3, 2022 at DeWitt Cemetery, DeWitt, IL with Jim Kilson officiating. The family entrusted Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL with arrangements. Memorials may be directed to Dennis E. Carter Memorial Fund c/o Jon Carter. Dennis was born October 7, 1958 in Clinton, IL the son of Lloyd E. and Pansy Ida Olive (Clark) Carter. Survivors include his son, Jon (Amy) Carter, Anderson, SC, three grandchildren, Austin, Dallas, and Damien Carter, along with his sister, Cheryl Bolby, Bloomington, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Phyllis Jeannine and Karen Colleen.
