Doris L. Kuppersmith Obituary (1926 - 2020)

Doris L. Kuppersmith age 93 of Blair House Normal IL passed away at 9:45 AM on Sunday, January 26, 2020 at Heritage Health, Bloomington, IL. A private family funeral service will be held at Otto-Argo-Calvert Memorial Home, Danvers, IL. Dr. Andrew Gifford will be officiating. There will be no visitation. Burial will be at Park Lawn Cemetery, Danvers, IL. The family suggests memorials be made to St. Luke Union Church, Bloomington, IL Doris was born February 13, 1926 in Danvers, IL the daughter of Russell and Louise Dunlap Gaddis. She married Fred N. Kuppersmith he precedes her death. Surviving is her son, Rick (Jean) Kuppersmith, Bloomington, IL, 5 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Doris is preceded in death by her parents, 2 daughters, Karen Frost, Kristine Smith, 2 sisters, Marjorie Gordish and Maureen Asbury. Doris was a member of St. Luke Union Church, Bloomington, IL. After her husband Fred passed away, she carried on the family business K&K Tool & Die, Bloomington, IL today it is known as G3 Machining. Doris enjoyed photography, cooking, gardening and traveling. The family would like to thank the staff at Blair House, Heritage Health and OSF Hospice for the care and compassion shown to Doris.
