Eunice Faye Groves Obituary (1949 - 2022)

Eunice Faye Groves, 73, of Weldon, Illinois, passed away at 2:00 P.M. Monday, August 22, 2022, at Carle BroMenn Medical Center, Normal, Illinois. Her graveside service will be held at 1:30 P.M. Saturday, August 27, 2022, at West Twin Grove (Rosewood) Cemetery, Bloomington, Illinois, with Rev. Bryan Phillips officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. Saturday, August 27, 2022, at Calvert-Belangee-Bruce Funeral Home in Farmer City, Illinois. Eunice was born on May 31, 1949, in Parma, Missouri, a daughter of Lloyd Thomas and Bessie Silkwood Ross. She married Arnold Dean Groves on July 2, 1997, in Greenup, Kentucky. Eunice is survived by her husband, Arnold Dean Groves of Weldon, Illinois; her children, Jeff (Linda) Killion of Farmer City, Illinois; Kelly Killion of Elida, New Mexico; Dawn Granger of Weldon, Illinois; Anthony Killion of Springfield, Illinois; and Seleena (Craig) Welch of Mansfield, Illinois; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; grandson; brother; and three sisters. Eunice enjoyed collecting dolls. She loved to cook for family gatherings.
