Jo Elaine "Joey" Fatheree 77 of Clinton, IL passed away 7:45 A.M. December 16, 2021 at her family residence, Clinton, IL. Private services will be at the Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL. Memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Joey was born January 25, 1944 in Clinton, IL the daughter of Roy L. and Verla I. (Williams) Geer. She married Bud Fatheree November 30, 1963 in Clinton, IL. Survivors include her husband, Bud Fatheree, Clinton, IL, children, Todd R. (Janet) Fatheree, San Antonio, TX; Lanette R. Fatheree, Clinton, IL; Amy E. Petty, Clinton, IL, grandchildren, Cassie (Nick) Smith; Trevor Fatheree; Tyrese Petty; Audrey Fatheree; April Fatheree, and great grandson, Reid Smith. She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, Robert Young; David Geer; Brian Geer; and Janice Link. Joey enjoyed gardening and canning. Her grandchildren and great grandson were the love of her life.
