Kathryn J. (King) White 85 of Danville, Il. passed away 2:20 PM June 24, 2021 at OSF Sacred Heart Hospital, Danville, Il. Services will be 1:00 PM, Thursday, July 1, 2021 at Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL with Rev. Dr. Julia Abel and Rev. C. Don Ferrill officiating. Burial will follow at Park Hill Cemetery, Bloomington, Il. Visitation will be Noon - 1:00 PM, Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to Christian Children's Home, Weldon United Methodist Church or Trinity United Church of Christ, Westville, Il. Kathryn was born May 4, 1936 in Bloomington, Il. the daughter of Elby and Helen (Byrd) King and raised by Lester and Jennie Baker of Weldon, IL. She married Ricardo Giuliani April 14, 1957. She later married James F. White May 14, 1971. He passed away May 21, 1996. Survivors include her daughter, Marisa Kay Owen, Danville, IL; brother, Samuel Baker, Massachusetts; granddaughter, Leslie Phelps, Danville, IL; great-grandchildren: Tyelen Gray, Alessandra Phelps, Jamie Phelps, James Phelps, Daniella Phelps, and Elliot Calvin. Kathryn was preceded in death by her parents; one brother; one sister, Barbara Barton; and one grandson, Patrick Gray.
