Kathy L. Gullick Obituary (1958

Kathy (Mehn) Gullick, 63, of Memphis, TN., passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2022, at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL. A graveside service will be held at Southside Cemetery on Saturday, May 14, 2022, at 10:00 am with Reverend Gretchen Stinebaugh officiating. Calvert and Martin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Kathy was born on August 22, 1958, in Pontiac, IL., the daughter of Carl and Margureite Mehn. She married Vernie Gullick in June of 1999 in Memphis, TN. She is survived by her husband, Vernie Gullick of Memphis; a daughter, Amber (Jay) Whalen of Flanagan; sons, Chad Sutton of Panama City Beach, FL., and Travis (Ashley) Sutton of Bartlett, TN. She is also survived by her sister, Carlyn Trobaugh of Pontiac; her brothers, Alan (Jan) Mehn of Bloomington, Timothy (Janet) Mehn of Pontiac, and John (Kelly) Mehn of Normal, IL. Grandchildren: Noah Welch, Faith Sutton, Tyler Whalen, Hope Sutton, and Preston Sutton, who were her prize possessions and loved them dearly. Kathy was preceded in death by her mother, father and two siblings. Kathy was born and raised in Pontiac, IL and attended Pontiac High School. She enjoyed several years in the printing business and later spent eight years as a flight attendant at Pinnacle Airlines in the Memphis area. Kathy fought a brave battle with health issues for the past seven years. Memorials and condolences may be directed to the family of Kathy Gullick.
