Norma Elizabeth Tarr Obituary (1961 - 2023)

Norma Elizabeth Tarr, 61 of Macomb passed away at 4:40 AM Wednesday February 1, 2023, at The Loft Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Normal. There will be no service at this time. Norma was born February 9, 1961, in Galesburg to Kenneth Wayne and Doris Elizabeth Switzer Tarr. Her father, grandparents and one brother Wayne Tarr preceded her in death. She is survived by one daughter Miranda Kessler of Rushville, one sister Peggy Koontz of Macomb, one brother Dean Tarr of Houston, TX and one nephew Casey Koontz of Atlanta, GA. Norma worked 27 years as a CNA at the Elms Nursing Home in Macomb. She loved small town shopping with her daughter Miranda.
