Robert A. "Bob" Meyer 77 of Clinton, IL passed away 2:40 PM July 3, 2018 at his residence, Clinton, IL. Graveside services will be 10 AM Monday, July 9, 2018 at Oak Park Cemetery, Clinton, IL with J. Kent Hickerson officiating, military rites will follow. There will be no visitation. Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL is in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be directed to Boys Town, 14100 Crawford St., Boys Town, NE 68010. Bob was born February 14, 1941 in Witt, IL the son of Arthur and Rita (Warnsing) Meyer. Survivors include his brother: Thomas (Sue) Meyer, Little Rock, AR; sisters-in-law: Nancy Meyer, Nokomis, IL, and Jean Meyer, Hillsboro, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers: Earl and Bill. Bob retired from the City of Clinton after many years of service. He served his country in the US Army.
