Shewan M. "Tootie" Holmes Obituary (1955 - 2020)

MT. PULASKI - Shewan M. "Tootie" Holmes, 64, passed away at 6:04 a.m. on July 17, 2020 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, IL. Shewan was born on November 25, 1955 in Macon County, IL; daughter of John Wendell and Dolly Louise (Fulk) Holmes. She is preceded in death by her parents. Shewan is survived by her brother: Everett (Vickie) Holmes of Princeton, IL. She was the manager at Illinois Electric Cooperatives in Springfield, IL. A graveside service at Steenbergen Cemetery in Mt. Pulaski will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, August 15, 2020. Services have been entrusted to Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Mt. Pulaski, IL. Memorials may be made to either the Humane Society of Logan County or to Logan County Animal Control.
