Charles was born on March 31, 1973 in Joliet, IL a son of Charles W. and Alice (KuyKendall) Loveall Sr. He married Susan Lovell on November 3, 1991 in Morris, IL. She survives in Chatsworth, IL. Also surviving are four children: Chuckie Lee (Jazmyn) Loveall of Kempton, IL; Jazmin (Kevin) Patterson of Pontiac, IL; Haleigh (Triston) Loveall of Fairbury, IL and Cullen Loveall of Chatsworth, IL; his mother: Alice Loveall of Pontiac, IL. and one brother: Scottie Loveall of Pontiac, IL; one grandson: Alonzo. Charles was preceded in death by his father: Charles Loveall Sr. and maternal and paternal grandparents. Charles was employed in construction.
