Michael Brian "Perk" Perkins 48 of Weldon, IL passed away 8:53 AM January 9, 2018 at his family residence, Weldon, IL. Visitation will be 5 - 7 P.M. Friday, January 12, 2018 at Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL with cremation rites to follow. Memorials may be directed to the Perkins Farm. Brian was born September 3, 1969 in Flanagan, IL the son of Michael and Carolyn (Carr) Perkins. He married Lisa K. Whitehouse December 14, 1991 in Farmer City, IL. Survivors include his parents: Michael and Carolyn Perkins, Clinton, IL; children: Kayla B. Perkins, Bloomington, IL and Michael S. Perkins, Weldon, IL; siblings: Angie (Diann Thumser) McConkey, Madison, WI and Jill (Bill) Stewart, Walnut, IL; nephew: Dane Stewart, Walnut, IL, along with several cousins. Brian was a farmer and truck driver. He loved rock n' roll music and enjoyed U of I sports and was a member of the Deland American Legion. He was the Class President for DeLand/Weldon School 1987.
