Patsy was born May 18, 1924 in Metropolis, IL the daughter of Clyde John and Violet Opal (Murphy) Waters. Survivors include her daughter: Sharon Willis, St. Louis, MO; sister: Mary Lou Lassiter, LaPuente, CA; brother: John (Jean) Waters, Heyworth, IL; nieces and nephews: Diane Butler, John Kevin Waters, Penny Matthias, David Waters, Greg Waters, Amy Armstrong, Jeff Waters. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband: L.E. Willis. Patsy was a member of the Christian Congregation of Jehovah Witnesses and Pioneer Minister for over 30 years. She was also a "Green Thumb" gardener.
