Ralph Lynn Webb Jr. Obituary (1945 - 2023)

Ralph Lynn Webb Jr., 78, of Mansfield, Illinois, passed away at 9:03 A.M. Friday, May 26, 2023, at Hickory Point Christian Village, Forsyth, Illinois. His visitation will be held from 5:30 P.M. - 7:30 P.M. Thursday, June 1, 2023, at Calvert-Belangee-Bruce Funeral Home in Mansfield, Illinois. There will be no funeral service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kelso M. Garver American Legion Post 650, Mansfield, Illinois. Ralph was born on February 10, 1945, in Champaign, Illinois, a son of Ralph Lynn and Helen Kuhns Webb Sr. He married Linda G. Farthing on July 2, 1967, in Mansfield, Illinois. He is survived by his wife, Linda G. Webb of Mansfield, Illinois; son, Ronald L. (Renee) Webb of St. Joseph, Illinois; two daughters, Jill (Jeff) Hurd of Mansfield, Illinois, and Janet (Shayne) Carley of Monticello, Illinois; and three sisters, Judith (Mike) Seten of Mahomet, Illinois, Karen Chitwood-Kuhns of Champaign, Illinois, and Lori (Greg) Snipes of Mahomet, Illinois. He was preceded in death by his parents. Ralph retired from the Illinois Department of Transportation. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a member of the Kelso M. Garver American Legion Post 650, Mansfield, Illinois.
